Louisiana’s octogenarian singer/songwriter Tommy McLain put on a scintillating performance as a closing act on the second day of the 2023 French Quarter Festival. He was joined by C.C. Adcock, the guitarist and producer of his latest acclaimed recording, I Ran Down Every Dream, keyboardist John Cleary and bassist David Ranson.
